Why Partner with Miyens?
As a Miyens partner or reseller, you gain access to continuous commission opportunities and exclusive tools to grow your business.
Partner Benefits:
- Offer your clients 10% off their first paid subscription
- Access to demo accounts, marketing materials, and training
- Priority support for partner-related concerns
Commission Structure
Partners will receive a combination of one-time and recurring commissions based on their contributions and client retention.
1. One-Time Commission (Initial Sale)
Partners will earn a one-time commission based on the initial sale or subscription.
- Tier 1 Plan: 10% of the initial subscription payment
- Tier 2 Plan: 20% of the initial subscription payment
- Tier 3 Plan: 30% of the initial subscription payment
2. Recurring Commission (Ongoing Client Support)
Once the initial sale is completed, partners will receive recurring commissions based on the client’s monthly or annual subscription renewal.
- Tier 1 Plan: 5% recurring commission
- Tier 2 Plan: 10% recurring commission
- Tier 3 Plan: 15% recurring commission
Partner Responsibilities
To maintain eligibility for ongoing commissions, partners must:
- Manage Client Relationships: Assist clients with onboarding, answer questions, and provide basic support.
- Provide Client Updates: Report changes to the client’s account (e.g., upgrades, cancellations, renewals).
- Promote Miyens Solutions: Regularly share Miyens offerings with your network.
Terms & Termination
- Active Engagement: Partners must actively engage with clients and make regular referrals to continue receiving commissions.
- Automatic Termination: If no sales or referrals are made within a 6-month period, this agreement may be automatically terminated.
- Revocation of Commissions: Miyens reserves the right to adjust commission rates or terminate benefits if the partner fails to meet the agreed responsibilities.
